At Be you we follow a No Refund policy and has a limited Returns and Exchanges Policy
We will acknowledge returns only if there are manufacturing defects or if the goods have been damaged in transportation. Such issues SHOULD be notified via Email ( beyoubysejaldharia@gmail.com, with Subject: Exchange Request ) with proper photos of damages/defects within 48 hours of receipt of product, failing which Be you would not be liable for returns or exchanges
All products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, packaging and invoice.
Shipping Charges to our warehouse for return of these will borne by the customer

Color Variation and Wear & Tear
Vegan Leather : Reproduction of colors is as accurate as possible, although please note, actual colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your display screen. due to resolution and photography effects. Also, vegan Leather is a PU material and a slight variation is bound to appear in each item. This cannot be subject to return of products.
Digital Printing on vegan Leather : Some of our items such as wallets and small vegan Leather products have digital printing on vegan Leather . As the inks used for printing react differently on each skin , slight variations might occur. Also hairline cracks might be visible over time due to general use . These are not defects but enhance the look and feel of our products over time.
Fabric: Some products have digital printing on fabric on which slight variation might occur in different parts or patches. This is a general property of the fabric which cannot be controlled.
Hardware Color : Some of the products with metal hardware might tarnish or lose its shine over time due to weather conditions and usage. These are changes which occur due to the varied use and handling of the product by the customer and cannot be held against the manufacturers.
Handcrafted : These products are crafted by hand and may have slight irregularities or imperfections in colour or embellishment. These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process and add to the finished products charm while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece.
Scratches and Marks : Scratches and marks on the vegan Leather surface are a part of the characteristics of the material. They do not qualify as defects. This can happen due to use over a period of time which enhances the look and feel of the product, adding to its vintage appeal. Some types of vegan Leather might have a slight patina on the surface due to usage and is the quality of the vegan Leather. Products are only designed seeing and keeping in mind all the above mentioned factors. Marks are common on vegan Leather as each skin is different to the other, as no two skins are the same. Please note, these are NOT considered as defects or rejects.
Cancellation Policy
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
The order should be cancelled within 24 hours of the order placed.
Be you reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
